Right of Withdrawal
You have a 7-day deadline to cancel your order without justification. This period runs:
- From receipt of the products
- Itself established by the date of receipt of the carrier

Refund conditions
To be eligible:
✅ Returned product in its original packaging
✅ Product unused/undamaged
✅ Presentation proof of purchase (invoice/confirmation email)
Exceptions:
❌ Customized products/specific measurements
❌ Digital media already downloaded
❌ Perishable/Expiry-Date Products
Return Procedure
- Notify us by email within 14 days
Important :
- THE return costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective
- Recommended: sending monitored and insured
Reimbursement occurs under 14 days after receipt of the package by the same means of payment.
Case of Gifts
- If marked “gift”: Purchase voucher after verification
- Otherwise: Refund to the original sender
